Ice skating in DC

bjarvisA friend of mine & I are planning to go ice skating at Pentagon Row in Arlington, VA, Sunday (Feb. 12) afternoon, tentatively 1 PM onwards until we've had enough --since I'm from Canada & he's from Maine, it could be all day. It is an outdoor rink so we may be shot down before we start if the weather turns foul.
