Searching for a Country/Western Song

At our club nights, we sometimes play two-steping and line dancing music during the breaks. I've had a request for a song called "Sugartown" but neither I nor the requestor have a clue who recorded it. Anyone have pointers?

Oh, and I suppose it is technically a country western song, but it was really more pop -- it certainly was played on top-40 radio.

And that shu-shu-shu-shu should be shu-shu-shu-shu-shu-shu. Boy this takes me back.
