Question for CALLERLAB Members...
Feb. 27th, 2008 09:29 amI was thinking about ordering official CALLERLAB badges for
kent4str and myself 'cause we just don't have enough freakin' name badges cluttering up our house to be identifiable at the upcoming convention next month.
Alas, the CALLERLAB site has an order form but no examples of what the badges look like. In particular, is the member name printed on it or is that an additional dangle/attachable panel?
I'd call CALLERLAB but they're not open for biz yet this morning and I thought I'd get this covered while I had it on my mind. (And yes, I'm being lazy.)

Date: 2008-02-27 03:43 pm (UTC)It's a good thing to order, but you won't need it for convention. Every convention has it's own specialized theme badge that you're required to wear to prove registration. It is large enough to hang the panelist/moderator/etc ribbons from.
Lately, they've been heeding the poor close-up eyesight of us souls that need reading glasses and make people's names on the badges nearly large enough to read.
... in your boat
