This morning, we check out of the hotel, pack the minivan and drive for home.

I'm exhausted. I want to sleep in my own bed. Failing that, I want to sleep in my own house.

I've danced 1.5 tips of square dancing all weekend. I believe we've collected 72 new registrations for our 2009 convention. Lord knows how many t-shirts and polo shirts we've sold.

More news when we arrive in DC.

Home Again!

We are home from Cleveland.

The drive was uneventful. A vast pile o' boxes is currently in temporary storage chez [livejournal.com profile] ohwolfman; we'll collect those when we return for a family wedding in August. The more critical items and our personal luggage are all here. Laundry is in progress.

There is still much snail-mail to deal with, among many minor overdue domestic tasks. I also have $2k+ in t-shirt/polo shirt revenues, $420 in quilt ticket sales and 72 new registrations totalling umpteen thousand dollars. There's also a pile of documents to scan for future reference, notes to record and items to type. And it all has to be done in 72 hours 'cause I'm off to Canada Thursday night.

Did I mention I also need to keep extended office hours this week 'cause I'm the UNIX primary point-of-contact?

Good thing I have no further square dance commitments this week.
