Hot, Hot, Hot!

The Weather Channel just reported the DC area can expect near record high temperatures today & tomorrow with a heat index of about 110 degrees F.

Have I mentioned in the last 30 seconds or so how grateful I am for air conditioning? Well, I am.

The power grid is really gonna feel this one...

I'm not one to usually complain about the heat, but this year, it's been coupled with tremendous thunderstorms so it's hot, VERY humid and parts of northeast Ohio are major flood zones which means the humidity is becoming more and more unbearable.

I wish we had thunderstorms. The forecast calls for isolated storms, but I've yet to see any of them materialize. I feel cheated.
