My employer is a superlatively large financial services company dealing exclusively in mortgages and mortgage backed securities. The starting salary would likely be in the range of $80k. Our company benefits are pretty darn good (great health care, a comprehensive education benefit, matching funds for charitable donations, matching funds for 401(k) contributions, etc.).
If you're interested, please let me know... There's a referral bonus in it for me if someone is hired. :-)
