I'm looking at WordPress for creating a very simple-to-maintain web site for [profile] cuyahogarvr. Not having used WP before, it's pretty neat and I like having a huge variety of potential hosting sites.

The thing that is tripping me up is that there are sooo many themes/templates. Thousands of them. Is there any easy, efficient way to sort through them all?

Although I enjoy coding sites by hand, WP is a great way to go for a low-maintenance site. It's very easy to set up, and most ISPs will actually do the install for you. I use WP for my bodywork site http://bodyworknm.com. The only thing I'd mention though is that because it's so popular it's also a primary target for script-kiddies wanting to break it and use it for malware distribution etc, so keeping the security patches up to date is key. My ISP automates the security updating, so I don't have to worry about it.

Yes, I think googling on themes is the way to go - for me, 'massage wordpress theme' gave me a ton of options.
