Electricity restored!

On a whim, I called Kent at home to see if he'd finally hauled his butt out of bed but was greeted but an unusually chipper hubby. (He doesn't do mornings any better than me). The power is back on!

Rather than wait for the Linux box to cycle through regular cron jobs to re-establish itself, I talked Kent through the prompts and confirmed network services are functioning. Whee!

Now I actually have to do work at the office instead of thinking about alternative plans for home. Ugh.
