a friend of mine used to allege that there were tanker trucks (like unto petroleum distribution vehicles) that carried McDonald's Goop. This was delivered and extruded through various machines, which were cunningly engineered, so that out of the other end (depending on the machine) came burgers, or filet-o-"fish", or buns, or chairs, or tables, or apple pies, or ketchup, or McNuggets, or napkins and forks, or... well you get the idea. I laughed at the time, but the idea does seem to hold water.
