We were touring the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore yesterday. We happened up on this statue:


It's the traditional Madonna-with-baby-Jesus motif, with a slight variant in that Jesus is holding a sphere representing the world. However...


All I could think of when I saw this was:
See the ball, Jesus? See the ball? Let's chase the ball! Chase the ball, Jesus! Chase it! Yes, that's it... get the ball! Got it? GOOD BOY!


Let's hope I can get this posted before the lightning strikes.

Hey, listen, he was a kid, and I'm sure he had toys to play with. I'd say you have much better reasons for going to hell, as do I, than this!
