I just learned Todd Walz passed away yesterday. I've known him for nearly five years; he and his husbands Ben & Curtis had a trailer at the same campground as us. They were among the first people I met at Roseland Resort and they were one of the first triad relationships I had encountered.
Todd could be a little intimidating and gruff to those meeting him for the first time. I think he actually liked being perceived as unapproachable... he wasn't much for smalltalk. Once he was comfortable with you though, he would more resemble a cuddly puppy with a mischevious sense of humour.

Todd Mark Walz
March 1, 1964 - September 30, 2009
Todd Mark Walz, 45, of East Second St., Maysville, KY died Wednesday, September 30 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital after a lengthy battle with liver disease. Todd was a long time truck driver and most recently had been a team driver for CBT Enterprises of Maysville. Better known as a “big ol’ kid,” he was a consummate collector of laser devices, disco lights, and lover of all kinds of music. He was born August 1, 1964 in Washington, D.C. to the late Gene (Geno) and Joan Kathman Walz. Mr. Walz is survived by Curtis Storey and Ben Breslin. He is also survived by brother Mark Walz and Vicki Walz and their children Kimberly, Kelly and Michael, and brother Kent and Christina Walz and their daughter Alexis. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Knox and Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
Rest in peace, Todd... we all miss you.
