The body Kara finds, the shadow on the wall, the tragic death, the Apollo on Helo sex scene, the final surprise, all unexpected. And bless them for not spoiling any of it in the previews.

Yep, a whole bunch of surprises out of left field, and more complications to an already inscrutable mystery. I'm looking forward to seeing the producers write their way out of this.

that was FULLY AWESOME! (just finished it on hulu.com) Wowsers this is great story telling. I wonder how we would have reacted if this were the episode that sent us off to hiatus last summer? I love the scene with Tigh at the end - very much.

I had a hard time sleeping last night digesting it all. It was just... intense.

We waited until the series came on DVD after watching a few episodes on someone's DVR. We'd start to watch episodes back to back, then had to take a break - a few hours, even a day - to settle ourselves before we could start again. The gritty emotions the show created was very intense.

However last night we pimped out our friend's cable by offering free food, and saw it on schedule, followed by an entire evening of "What did we miss that could lead us to the point they just reached?"

It almost makes me want to buy cable again.
