Catching Up

bjarvisI've had a stack of amended caller contracts sitting in my in-tray for a while; I'm happy to announce I've finally finished scanning the lot so I can pass the originals along to our caller coordinator.
Abe is still working on obtaining bids for a photographer. To help a little with a list of requirements to circulate, I dug through my files of prior conventions looking for purchase forms for club photos. I found only two (2003, 2008)... alas, I tend to purchase the club photos so I use the forms rather than store them.
I also dusted off my crappy old fax machine to send off the licensing agreements for ASCAP and BMI. We're now officially on the side of the angels for music licensing for the convention. Yay!
Our next newsletter should be ready in the next few days so I hope to be able to distribute it in email by the coming weekend.
