Queernet.org (and qnetter) has been the host of the gay & lesbian chorus mailing list for at least 12 years. They provide this service free of charge, funded by donations from grateful users and supporters.

Each December, Queernet's parent, the Online Policy Group, asks for donations to help keep their services running. In 2008, I donated $25/month and have just re-enlisted to continue this support in 2009.

Since at least three groups I belong to use QueerNet, I've been donating $25/month to them (well, to OPG) for several years. And now, many years after reading QN-bsed groups, I'm running one. :)

They do good stuff.
