It's been an unextraordinary day. The big highlight was filling the tank of my car for a mere $2.79/gallon. Woo hoo.

I'm calling for the Chesapeake Squares tonight so I think I'll try to squeeze in an hour's nap so I can be as refreshed as possible.

What's the cheapest you can ever recall paying for gas? When I first started driving on my own and paying for gas I was paying 33.9¢/gallon back in fall of 1972.
