We had a small gathering of close friends at our favourite mexican restaurant in Cleveland, Villa y Zappata. While we didn't exactly have a cake, we did have baked ice cream with candles and truly obnoxious birthday cards. Behold the horror!

You forgot to mention that the card played the hamster dance song, and the character on the "cake" played the traditional "Happy Birthday", and was a gift card.
