When I was out at lunch today, I saw the following atrocity:
Yup, it's not bad enough that she parked illegally in a disabled parking spot so she could make a phone call. No, she had to park diagonally to take up two disabled parking spots. Idiot.
it's for times like these that you should carry a box of crayolas with you. Write messages on the driver's window in
great big multi-coloured letters
about the driver's idiocy and antisocial activities, and how they should be derided by all and sundry. It doesn't actually damage the glass, so vandalism isn't serious, if happening at all, but the wax crayon is a b*tch to get off.
(I watched someone attacking a big-expensive-car's windows with a lipstick one day when he parked diagonally across the last two spots in a pub parking lot in London ON once. Letters 20cm high. Served the driver right. Several of us applauded the lipstick wielder, and I often tell her story to encourage other acts of vigilante writing)
I probably would have said something to her. Not only do I usually say something to people like this, I also wish for a bag of caltrops to scatter around the tires.
