I know that feeling.

One fall when I was a kid I walked down the center of the street. To the left was rain, to the right was snow, in the center with me was sun. Gotta love this country!

In the south we referred to that particular phenomenon as when "the devil was whipping his wife."

That happens here occasionally, since we've so very much rain. I love looking at it, searching for the rainbow...
