Good thing I'm not calling a dance tonight... allergies are kicking my butt yet again. Bleh.

The latest sneezing fit left me extremely light-headed; I hope this doesn't repeat while driving!

I sympathize with you fellow seasonal allergy victim. I'm afraid that I'd just sneeze non-stop in mid-dance and (¡que horror!) I'd have to leave the square!

I read somewhere that drinking milk & eating dairy products can aggravate one's allergies.
