You probably burst a small blood vessel in your nose from sneezing/blowing your nose too hard. It's an easy thing to do during a severe allergy attack.
Blood is either from capillary damage (is it very dry? have you been sneezing or blowing your nose a lot?) or your brain is melting and the blood's entering your sinuses.
It's probably okay, but it depends on how much blood you're sneezing. If it's more blood than mucus, and it hasn't ended after a while like a nose bleed would, you might want to call your insurance's consultation number and talk to the nurse.
As long as it's not gushing out and it's just traces, you're probably fine. The same thing happens to be if I try to take sudafed. That stuff completely dries me out (good) to the point that my nose becomes inflamed and raw (not so good). Eventually it will bleed. So, no sudafed for me when I get stuff like this. Same thing could be happening to you if you're taking similar medicine. Nasal irrigation is about the only thing that works for me and let nature run its course.
