Three Down, Three To Go

bjarvisSo far this week, I've survived co-teaching our Monday evening Plus class, calling at Baltimore's Tuesday club night and dancing at Wednesday night's C1 event.

kent4str's A2 in Vienna, VA, Friday night and co-facilitate a caller workshop at our place on Sunday for two newbie callers.
Last night's C1 was fun and vastly better than our last session. Doren had some interesting twists to throw at us and a conversation during the break yielded a cute choreographic idea: imagine parallel inverted lines with the ends looking in; call 'stretch step & fold' to end a trade-by position. I'll play with setting up a tip to exploit this and variations for my next C1 gig (April 30).
cuyahogarvr is off to New York state for Ken Ritucci's weekend C1 boot camp... pray for him (and the other dancers)!
