Where I come from, a double-double is a cup of coffee with two sugars & two creams. What does it mean at "In & Out"? Is it something I could ship to you? :-)

sadly no, i will just have to wait the four weeks. DOUBLE DOUBLE is DOUBLE MEAT DOUBLE CHEESE freshly cooked hamburgers (ONLY PUT ON THE GRILL WHEN YOU ORDER IT)...burgers....only found in Southern Calfornia, random places in Northern california, and Vegas.

Indeed it does. I was in Vancouver 2 weeks ago, and considered calling bjarvis from Tim Horton's just to taunt him. But I didn't. Because I'm nice. :) But their toffee glazed are just heaven, and they're the closest thing I can get to Dunkin Donuts on this coast.
