NYC, Day 3

We're --alas!-- back in DC after a fun weekend in New York.

This morning, we met up with bearfuz and placeintheheart for lunch at the Tick Tock Diner at 34th Street West & 6th Avenue. It feels like forever since we've had a chance to chat & catch up on news & events.

And yes, John looked quite fine. He's using a cane for additional support while walking but if I hadn't already known via LJ that he's had an ugly week, I would not have guessed from lunch today that anything was amiss.
