Puppy Bowl

Whoever thought of broadcasting the Puppy Bowl (with kitten half-time) on the Animal Planet channel is absolutely brilliant. I could have watched all day. Too bad the music sounds like a bad pr0n soundtrack.

I understand there was some sort of football game on opposite, but I didn't particularly notice.

I've had a rough day of homework, and occasional breaks to watch the Puppy Bowl has been relaxing.

They used a snippet of a previous Puppy Bowl during a montage of favorite videos during poohbearjim's memorial service. Quite the "giggle and awwwww" moment!

Yeah, the soundtrack sucked, but my kid was absolutely mesmerized. She would occasionally come running into the other room (where I was doing homework) to report that some puppy had the "zoomies" and who was chewing on who. That's pretty much all we watched yesterday -- no, we also caught a flyball competition shortly before the puppy bowl started.
