Since you have a Mac, and I have a beat up old computer at work, I'll take your word for it. I'll take a closer look at it when I get home, and see what my PC looks like. If it is heinous, I'll hunt around for a new Canadian flag icon.

The RGB value of the sidebars is 239:40:0, of the flag 253:0:2; your monitor is not showing subtle colour differences.
