Last night, Washington DC had its 170^th murder of the year, matching the combined total of 2006.

Now may we please plow the entire damn mess into the Potomac and start again from scratch?

At least in your work neighborhood (which = my home neighborhood) the worst we experience is the eco-vandalization of Hummers and SUVs.
