Weather Disappointment

The greater DC area was promised all forms of weather nastiness overnight. Alas, once again, we are disappointed: we got squat. Not a drop of precipitation. Nothin'.

This winter is turning out to be a complete failure.

Earlier this week the Globe predicted "the first significant winter storm of the season" for today. I haven't seen a flake.

It's fucking February and Boston hasn't had any measurable snow. What gives?
