Dave Roberts came down from Baltimore this afternoon to spend Christmas with us in Silver Spring, MD. Lacking any other dinner plans, we joined a bunch from our Friday night happy hour crowd to dine at Annie's Paramount Steak House in DC.

I don't recall anyone actually having a steak, but several of us has the brazed beef and one had a cheeseburger... I don't recall what the others ordered. Our table did indeed polish off two large bottles of red wine and a few others ordered glasses of white with their entrees. I think the overall tab was just shy of $300 for 10 people, a fairly reasonable price overall.

Yeah, when you throw in the wine, that's not a bad price at all! My stomach was cooperating so I had yummy leftovers. Turns out it is standing rib roast not some form of ribs that I talked about in another post.
