Mainstream Class, Sessions #2 & #3
Feb. 2nd, 2008 08:21 pmGod, I hate mornings. Especially on weekends.
We were out of bed and on the road only slightly later than when I'd normally be heading to work. Fortunately, Dayle was reviewing & teaching in the morning so I only had to look pretty and help push bodies around the floor.

kent4str and I were teaching went very well, although it was clear most folks' brains were nearly filled to maximum towards the end of the afternoon.
Sunday, we'll be teaching the final session 1:30-4:30 PM. More news then.

Roseland Reunion Dinner
Feb. 2nd, 2008 08:28 pmEvery year, Roseland Resort, the gay campground where we have our trailer has a reunion weekend in early February. In prior years, the reunion has been in Columbus, Pittsburgh and Morgantown; this weekend, it's in DC.
Because of our square dance teaching commitments, we weren't able to go bar-hopping last night. We did however attend the dinner at Annie's Steakhouse:
Sadly,cuyahogarvr wasn't feeling up to joining us for dinner. Rather than going out to the bars this evening, we're cocooning at home.
