Continuing last month's meme of photos of our workplaces, I offer #3 in my series: First Baptist Church in Washington DC. The DC Lambda Squares uses the basement social hall for our Monday night Mainstream class and for Thursday night club nights.

My hometown hits the news!

There was a train derailment and much leaking of sulphuric acid just north of Englehart, Ontario. The family farm is about 6 miles to the south-west of town; the parents' well water is well upstream and quite safe, and I'm confident the cleanup will ensure the damage is limited.

Last Weekend's Square Dancing

We had a tiring but fun time in Lake Harmony, PA, last weekend, square dancing with the Independence Squares.

I did even less dancing than I have at prior events but recorded a lot of research material, had fun calling my own A1 half-hour block and had a blast square dancing in the swimming pool. Selected photos are on my web site.
