Activate new medical savings account credit card. Check.

Refusing to spend one damn cent on anything until after xmas. Check.

Activate new Visa card. Check.
Activate new medical savings account credit card. Check.
Activate new household line-of-credit cards. Check.
Refusing to spend one damn cent on anything until after xmas. Check.

Whew.

So far today, I've:

• scrubbed three toilets, three vanities, two mirrors, one bathtub and one shower stall;
  
• mopped floors in five rooms;
  
• vacuumed floors in five other rooms;
  
• run four loads of laundry;
  
• filed a tonne o' papers;
  
• took out the garbage;
  
• restocked paper towels and toilet paper in multiple bathrooms and the kitchen as needed;
  
• cleaned up the living room coffee table;
  
• transferred a pile o' cash to my parents; and,
  
• caught up on a vast number of e-mail messages.
  

Still to do:

• order present for niece Kaylee;
  
• purchase replacement halogen light bulb for the computer room;
  
• send thank you card to Art & Tony for the party last night;
  
• wrap presents for kent4str and cuyahogarvr;
  
• sweep out garage;
  
• eat something.
