bjarvis: (Brian's brain)
My Linux box seized up this morning unexpectedly. It was working well when I hopped into the shower, then appeared brain dead as I checked e-mail one last time before heading to work. At a glance, there was nothing particularly obvious in the system logs but I didn't have time to dig deeper.

It had been running for 109 days continuously --approximately 109 times better than any of my Windows boxes-- but longer periods are relatively normal for Linux machines, barring external issues.

Huh.
