Today, I received the latest update from the host hotel about our room-night numbers. In all, things seem to be on track and we have a much larger margin to cover our hotel's contractual requirements.

I've just finished composing a status report for the IAGSDC board and forwarded my draft to the rest of my local executive for review. I expect large chunks will be edited out before it gets sent on but I'm fine with that: it's better to take out excessive data than to send a minimalist document or --much worse-- try to generate fluff to pad it.
