When using the office copier for copying very detailed and intensely personal medical & financial records, I strongly recommend you remember to take your originals with you when you're done instead of leaving them on the sheet feeder output tray. I've done something like that too. I rotate regularly among four different buildings in three cities; occasionally, I forget to update my default printer settings to reflect my location and end up sending reports, spreadsheets or e-mail to another city by mistake. Doh. Of late, I've gotten pretty good about updating the printer settings when I update my voice mail message.
