Junk Food Craving

bjarvisFor no good reason whatsoever, I had a craving for chocolate and sugar. Since I haven't had near enough preservatives lately, I thought I'd go check out the selection in the vending machine downstairs here at the office. I suspect being UNIX Primary for a week has given me a subconscious death wish.
I selected "Mrs. Freshley's Creme Filled Chocolate Cupcakes."
Um, "Mrs. Freshley"? Who are we trying to kid? We all know these came from a retooled former car factory in some industrial park on the far side of the continent.
The best before date is 3/24/07, 16 days from now. How much of this item is entirely composed of preservatives, chemicals selected for their ability to impede if not kill life outright?
Well, at least there's 0g of trans fats so it must be healthy. :-)
