Paperwork

Last night, I finished preparing our 501(c)(3) application for DC Diamond Circulate, Inc., the not-for-profit we've been assembling to host the International Association of Gay Square Dance Club (IAGSDC)'s 2009 convention in Washington, DC. This morning, I photocopied all of the required attachments, created a list of questions for our legal advisor to confirm that our application is in order, and prepared conflict of interest declaration forms for my fellow board members to complete at tonight's meeting. If my educated guesses are correct and the feedback from the rest of the committee is positive, this package can go off to the IRS for an advance ruling next week.

Which only leaves another four years of paperwork still to go...
