I think I'm ready for our annual AC/DC square dance weekend here in Washington, DC!

• 50 copies of the 2007 registration form for at-the-door registrants: check.
  
• 150 copies of the 2008 registration form for pre-registration: check.
  
• 150 copies of the 2007 Harper's Ferry square dance weekend pre-registration: check.
  
• 150 copies of the restaurant list: check.
  
• 150 copies of the weekend feedback survey: check.
  
• 200 copies of the weekend dance schedule: check.
  
• 50 copies of the west coast advanced & challenge square dance registration form: check.
  
• 50 copies of the Chesapeake Squares' May fly-in event: check.
  
• 50 blank name tags for those who forget their club badges: check.
  
• confirmed sound equipment for the weekend: check.
  
• Confirmed stationery supplies for the registation desk: check.
  
• Confirmed sufficient 50/50 tickets for Saturday draw: check.
  

I hope to check into the Crowne Plaza Friday around 3 PM or so; parking may be a problem, but hopefully I'll find a place relatively close to the hotel. Dancing starts at 7 PM... we'll open the registration desk as early as possible in the afternoon, as soon as our registrar arrives.

Attention GCA callers: there are alternating A2 and C1 calling slots Saturday night, 10-11 PM, with a sign-up sheet at the registration desk.

We're going to Dakota Cowgirl for the cast party, Sunday, 3 PM. Sign-up sheet at the registration desk.
