I traded in an old broken Sprint phone a few years ago. The display had busted so I could not access the "clear all" functions, etc. A few months later, I got a call saying someone had found my phone and called the "home" number listed in it. Sprint had neglected to clear out the phone when they refurbished it for resale. doh!
