We put clocks on the callers' tables at AACE. I set them all before the event so they all agree on the time. We ask the callers to use those clocks rather than any already in the rooms - it keeps them all on the same time. I bought small digital clocks at Radio Shack - they weren't too expensive, and the batteries for those last for ages. We just sit them on the MA-150s or on the corner of the turntable (we don't have quite enough MA-150s to cover all six dance halls).
