I'm with you on the sticking points for newer dancers. Scoot Back is always a biggie, although I have had a few classes that pick it up more readily than others. I know that when dancers can't 'get' partner trade or cast off x/4, then I know they're going to have difficulties moving into Plus. We'll see how Class 76 fares--we're just starting and the first open house brought in...(wheee!) 2 people.
Now that my head is back in reality, I'm having to plan for all of my events coming up. I have three out of towns in March, plus the Wilde Bunch 30th anniversary dance day (March 16) which directly conflicts with a show at the theatre that I have to be there for. After months of no out of town, this. :-/
