I have friends who had to queue up at the Genius Bar who might dispute that. :-)
Most updates for iOS go well. Most for Android go well. Some of each don't. All of my prior updates were fine, but this one was a bit problematic. That said, it wasn't so catastrophic I needed outside help so I'm fine with it.
