P.S. Anticipating this error, I often see callers follow a Pass In (from lines of 4) with a DPT, or Pass Out with a Track 2. This allows the dancer to self-correct.
(You could also do a Partner Trade & Roll to fix it fast, and be able to re-teach Pass Out without drawing attention to the problem dancer.)
