friends of mine took the helicopter tour of the dam and the canyon/lake and found it WELL worth it.
one of those "life after man" documentaries thought that Hoover dam's generators would go on for 8 decades at least (and thus the lights in Vegas shine until they burn out). I wonder if the propagandalaudatory moving pictures would also continue being projected that long.
