I agree with excessor in that there are MANY levels going on here including meeting space, environment, what dancers show up and what their various ability levels are. I'm not saying that there isn't a need for ALL callers to be evaluated and discussed, but there are other factors at play other than the caller's ability. Personally, as I've already stated, I feel the club needs to evaluate itself on many levels or else....... "people will vote with their feet." That being said, I like the idea of an anonymous survey, and I like what you've done so far and it should be made available to all club members for all callers, the regulars and the guests so that those choosing the callers can get a good idea of who to book.
