Well, yeah... I've always shopped for presents for them from amazon.ca, sears.ca, hbc.ca, toysrus.ca, canadiantire.ca, etc. I can avoid all of the hassles of cross-border shopping easily and use my Canadian credit cards to avoid currency conversion transaction fees.
The problem isn't how to shop for them: it's what to get.
