From my perspective, I can't think of anything that didn't work! You tried a few new things - with great success. The different way to assign tables for the banquet/brunch was a HUGE improvement - I didn't hear of a single complaint. The callers LOVED having their hotel rooms so close to the dancing. I also heard lots of positive comments about Mike D's 'Move On' as part of the opening ceremonies.
