When I'm working at home and can't stop my brain, at the end of my work day I take a long hot shower. I find it useful to visualize my work concerns flowing down the drain with the shower water. Afterwards, I get dressed in something DIFFERENT than I was wearing during the work day - even if means a different set of pajamas.
Scoff if you like, but the evening-shower routine serves the same purpose for me as a homeward-bound commute, letting me gradually release all of the work crap I've been worrying over in my head.
