Any recommendations for a Windows XP-based IRC client?

While I've never been fond of IRC, my new employer uses it in-house for quick discussions of issues between folks who are geographically dispersed. I haven't needed to be involved in any of those discussions yet, but I want to be prepared when the time comes.

I used to use mIRC years ago. It's probably still around, but I can't say if it's the best.

I prefer any IM chat client to IRC. And there are some good chat aggregators around now, so you're not stuck with either AIM or Yahoo or...
