I had carbs too, but mixed with veggies, cream, cream cheese, parm cheese, and a brawtworst sausage for my dinner and I'm about to have sweetened croissant for desert for it has some kind of icing drizzled over the top. :-)
Oh, I should say, 2 or so glasses of red wine in here too.
