Well, they may not have posted to lgcwsd, but had you checked out Livejournal back then *giggle*, you would have seen my horribly long 3000+ word post about the SD convention. (I used to blog long-ass posts about every single boring detail of my day before I realized people actually read this stuff.)
SD was my first convention, so the insights were different. Besides the horrible Grand March, there was that absolutely terrible General Meeting. (I didn't go on the FBT in SD. Good thing. We went to their fly-in the following spring, and the Sunday brunch was on the boat. It wasn't too crowded, so I'm sure I had a much better time than those on the previous summer's FBT.)
